President/Founder – Kyle worked at Birmingham Construction (’77-’85) and Providence Development Home Builders (’85) before helping to establish Watson & Cochran in 1986. He has put a lot of years and hard work into building the company to what it is today.

Kyle is the driving force behind purchasing, estimating, and bidding.  He is married, and has three children, and enjoys spending time with his 3 grandchildren. He is an active member of his local church and enjoys traveling, sports, golf. He and his family are heavily involved in missions and love to combine their love of travel with mission work.

KYLE COCHRAN

CEO - After serving 21 years with Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors, Terry has served as a Construction Management Consultant for a wide range of commercial clients, from complete corporate campuses to multilevel office buildings, Tilt up concrete and class A interior finishes to name a few. He has worked on projects for multiple national and Fortune 500 companies. When he began his career at Hill & Wilkinson, they were a $20 million construction firm and at the end of his tenure, they had grown to a $300 million firm. He has earned a solid reputation for great leadership, and meeting and exceeding company/client goals. Terry is bringing that experience and knowledge to take Watson & Cochran into the future.

He has received his LEED accreditation, and is active in various peer groups and continually has his pulse on networking with developers and architects in the DFW area.

Terry and his wife both graduated from Texas Tech University and have three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially in the great outdoors and also has had a life long hobby of woodworking.
